Yep, she did it again. Britney Spears departs from the dance studio in Calabasas, California after her regular rehearsal and workout routine Friday (August 16).

Brit is also working out her Las Vegas residency plans at Planet Hollywood, where she’d become the hotel/casino’s regular and long-term musical act.

In a recent interview with Shape magazine, the 31-year-old said, "The [Las Vegas] performances won’t be simple—they’ll be a massive party from start to finish. And to pull this off, I have to be in top condition and running at full speed."

In addition, the entertainer is also in talks to open up a casual Italian eatery in Sin City.
