The show must go on, and judging by this just-released trailer that touts season five of “Glee,” the cast is doing its very best to do just that.

The joyous clip features Lea Michele, Chris Colfer, Darren Criss, Matthew Morrison, Jenna Ushkowitz, Kevin McHale, Chord Overstreet, Jane Lynch, and more.

The third episode of the new season will have a much more somber tone. That’s when the show deals with the loss of actor Cory Monteith, and his character Finn. Creator Ryan Murphy said, “We loved Cory and we loved Finn and it feels like a huge loss and a huge heartache not to have either of them around. We’re trying to craft an episode that’s not just about us grieving but about a lot of the young fans grieving.”

The new season of Glee begins September 26th on Fox.
