Returning from a Telemundo awards show in Miami, Eva Longoria arrived in Los Angeles Friday (August 26) sporting an “I’d Rather Be Shopping” sweater. And who can blame her -- awards shows and flying first class can definitely get old, right?

Speaking of awards, Miss Longoria will also be honored at the 26th annual Hispanic Heritage Awards. The awards will be presented September 5 at the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C.

Also on her agenda: the Latin beauty is reuniting with her “Desperate Housewives” husband Ricardo Chavira as a guest star on his upcoming NBC comedy series “Welcome to the Family.”

If that isn’t enough success, the actress is also celebrating her new producing success. The show she’s helming on Lifetime, “Devious Maids,” has been renewed for a second season.
