Ed Sheeran may have millions in the bank, but the singer certainly uses his money wisely, admitting in a new interview that he still goes to Primark to buy his underwear. We love a man who appreciates a good bargain!
Ed is known to be one of the most down-to-earth people in the industry and he's now proved that it's not all just an act to get the world to fall in love with him, with him speaking out about his love of budget stores in an interview with Q magazine. Who doesn't love a bit of Primarni, eh?
Despite rarely getting days off, with him currently touring the globe and wowing thousands on his X tour most nights, when it comes down to chilling out, Ed loves nothing more than eating chocolate in his underwear and watching movies. However, unlike a lot of his fellow celebs, he doesn't see the point in forking out thousands for something that not a lot of people see. And he does have a point, doesn't he?

The Sing superstar told the publication when asked where he shops for his undercrackers: "Primark. No one sees them, they're only meant to keep your junk in." Such a way with words, Ed! Despite his Primark undies and down-to-earth attitude, Ed still gets invited to all the fancy LA parties (shocker), saying that a lot of people are drawn to his adorable English accent. "Being English just goes a long way in Hollywood. I benefited from it, not sexually, professionally! Everyone thinks you're kooky and fun," he said. "I was at parties, meeting people and thought, 'All this could end tomorrow, I better do it all now. I did everything I should've done – and everything I shouldn't."

As if Sheeran hasn't already fulfilled a lot of his ambitions with basically having taken over the world in the past few years, he also said that it's also been a dream come true being the cover star of his fave magazine Q. He posted a pic of the cover alongside the caption: "Boyhood dream of being on he cover of my favourite magazine came true. Q magazine hits shelves next week!" What a cutie.
And talking about his cheap undies hasn't been the only 'normal' thing that Ed has been up to this week, with him also popping into a local Surrey pub and ending up putting on an impromptu performance of his smash hit Thinking Out Loud.
