The "Ooh La La" singer wore a pale pink tank top and gray sweat pants as she emerged from the building with a water bottle in hand.

Recently, the 31-year-old pop star made a concerted effort to reach out to fans, tweeting, "U guys are always asking for follows so here we go. Tweet #30MillionBritneyArmy."
