Twitter: Beyonce’s Super Bowl Halftime Show Performance Generated Over 5 Million Tweets

Beyonce delivered a high-energy, no holds barred performance at the Super Bowl Sunday night, and like many things that Queen B does, she had the Twittersphere going crazy.

While many celebrities had nothing but good things to say about Beyonce’s Super Bowl performance, a lot of other people sounded off as well.

In fact, Beyonce’s performance was so popular that it of course again broke records, becoming the most tweeted about Super Bowl moment ever!

According to Twitter, Beyonce’s halftime performance generated 5.5 million Tweets. The return of Destiny’s Child saw 257,500 tweets per minute, while the ladies’ rendition of “Single Ladies” generated 252,500 TPM. At the conclusion of the show, 268K TPM were generated.
