The "Party in the U.S.A." singer rocked a black leather jacket, black-and-white plaid pants, and knee-high leather boots as she made her way outside with mom, Tish.

As previously reported by GossipCenter, the 20-year-old singer/actress recently made the rounds at New York Fashion Week.

On Thursday, Miley spent Valentine's Day with Marc Jacobs, viewing his Fall 2013 collection in a red Mickey Mouse sweater.
