After being blasted over animal harassment issue, the Disney darling finally decides to exclude the 'lavender colored horses' part from her new clip, 'Love You Like a Love Song.'Selena Gomez finally decided to exclude the controversial "painted horses" from her upcoming "Love You Like a Love Song" music video. The "Wizards of Waverly Place" has been blasted by singer Pink over animal harassment issue for coloring a horse in her video production a few weeks ago, but she insisted that there was no animal harmed during the video-making.

"When Selena was presented the idea for the video, no one informed her the horses would be painted and she had assumed they would be colored in post-production [via special effects]," revealed a production insider to E! Online. "When she showed up to the set she was very surprised to see them painted."

As reported beforehand, the girlfriend of Justin Bieber was strictly criticized by Pink after being spotted filming a music video at Leo Cabrillo State Beach in Malibu with a lavender painted horses. "If there are any animal activists around Malibu- at Leo Cabrillo State Beach, there are horses being painted for a stupid music video. Shame," the "So What" hitmaker tweeted.

Quickly responding to the criticism was Selena's rep who insisted, "It was important to the Production Company, Record Label and Ms. Gomez that no animals were harmed and all proper precautions were taken." The rep added, "A non toxic, vegetable based powder paint was applied via an airbrush and removed with water. An official from the Humane Society was on set supervising."
