The 20-year-old “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” babe wears outfits from 1971 (when 18-year-olds were given the right to vote under the 26th amendment), 1992 (when MTV started ramping up the plea to young voters), 2008 and 2012 (when young voters topped 20 million).
