It’s not every day that an R-rated CG animated comedy gets a nationwide theatrical release, so “Sausage Party” has already been creating some serious buzz.
The Sony Pictures Entertainment project just unveiled a preview trailer featuring stars Seth Rogen, Kristen Wiig, Jonah Hill, Bill Hader, Michael Cera, James Franco, Paul Rudd, Edward Norton, Salma Hayek and Craig Robinson, all under the direction of Conrad Vernon and Greg Tiernan.
Per the synopsis, “One sausage leads a group of supermarket products on a quest to discover the truth about their existence and what really happens when they become chosen to leave the grocery store.” It hits theaters on August 12th.
