Though he’s best-known for his perfectly-timed comedic chops, Will Ferrell is gearing up to play former President Ronald Reagan in a forthcoming feature film.
The “Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy” star recently inked a deal with Gary Sanchez Productions, though there’s still no director or studio attached to the gig.
According to Variety, “Ferrell will play Regan at the beginning of his second term, when he falls into dementia and an ambitious intern is tasked with convincing him that he is an actor playing the president in a movie.”
