Three years ago they picked up an $11 million estate in Bel Air and began doing extensive renovations, and finally Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have taken up residence.
On Tuesday (March 29) the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star and the “Black Skinhead” rapper moved out of Kim’s mom Kris Jenner’s Calabasas pad and started living in their own spot, though they’ve already listed it for sale with an asking price of $20 million.
Kim previously told press, "I am so ready to be out of my mom's house, you have no idea. But it will be nice to still be close. When we bought our Bel Air house, we didn't have a baby, we weren't even pregnant. After you have a baby, you realize that you need so many other things and a different kind of space. So being in the city is a different life. We wanted to be away and have more privacy."
