On the cusp of her 40th birthday, Kate Winslet is hotter than ever as she poses for the cover of the November 2015 issue of Esquire UK magazine.
The “Titanic” actress explains that as she gets older there’s a specific part of her body she prefers- her hands. “They’re getting on a bit, my hands, and I like the veins and the way the skin on the top looks a bit thinner. I know these hands have loved and lost, these hands have worked, they’ve touched a million people and places and they’ve gone through everything with me. I can see my life more on my hands than I can on my face.”
Kate also enjoys the way motherhood has evolved for her- “Having a teenage daughter reminds me of those years in my own life, and how long those years go on for. Just that feeling of being misunderstood, knowing that you’re a decent person, and having someone suggest you might not be. I remember my early days of tabloid stuff and thinking, ‘Hang on, are these people suggesting that I’ve done something wrong?’ God, I would not go back.”
