Lady Gaga Snags Contemporary Icon Honors at Songwriters Hall of Fame Ceremony

Her red carpet ensembles are legendary and last night (June 18) Lady Gaga showed up at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City looking eccentric as usual.

The “Edge of Glory” gal was in the house for the Songwriters Hall of Fame 46th Annual Induction and Awards, sporting a red velvet jacket with leather underwear, a leather bra and torn pantyhose with platform boots.

During the ceremony, Mother Monster was given the Contemporary Icon trophy and performed her own version of Linda Perry’s “What’s Up” before presenting her with an award.
