Ludacris is definitely not named that just because it sounds cool. The rapper put his name to the test when he married his long time girlfriend over the holidays. You're probably thinking, “So what?” Well, it's not the fact that he got married that's shocking; it's the fact that both the engagement and wedding all happened within days or even hours.
Most couples usually wait a few months, or even years to plan the wedding…not Ludacris and girlfriend Eudoxie. These two went straight to the altar.
Ludacris confirmed the marriage by posting a photo of him in a suit and his bride in a simple white dress on his instagram.

“Why wait? Did the thing before 2015. #mrandmrsrbridges,” he wrote along with the photo.
The reason that we know that this was only shortly after the proposal is because on December 26, he posted a picture of the proposal. The image showed the two on a private jet, as the proposal was written in large white letters in a field.
“She didn't say yes. She said HELL YES! #milehighproposal,” he said at the time.

This means that the couple got married some time between December 26 and December 31. It could have possibly been only hours apart.
The bride also couldn't help but gush over her surprise wedding, by posting another photo from the big day.
“Great way to go into the new year! Thank you for capturing such great moments @primephocus,” she happily said along with the picture.
Ludacris and Eudoxie have been together since 2009.
