This weekend the New England Patriots will take on the Seattle Seahawks in Super Bowl XLIX and a smattering of famous Pats fans are trying to take the heat off of quarterback Tom Brady for the Deflategate scandal.
On Thursday’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” Ben Affleck declared that he was the one who deflated the Patriots’ balls, though John Krasinski, Chris Evans and Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler also claimed they were the ones responsible.
And of course, Kimmel’s longtime (fake) rival Matt Damon made an appearance to say that he acted alone in the incident. Jimmy replied, “Do you know why you acted alone? Because nobody wants to act with you. Because you suck. That’s why you acted alone.”
