George Miller returns as director of the franchise he started with 1979’s “Mad Max,” which launched Mel Gibson’s career.
After over two decades of “development hell” Miller’s third sequel is set to hit theaters 30 years after the last in the series, “Mad Max: Beyond Thunderdome.”
Fury Road also stars Nicholas Hoult, Riley Keough, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Zoe Kravitz and opens in theaters on May 15, 2015.
