Ryan Reynolds Teases Deadpool Return With Twitter Snap

Ryan Reynolds has finally teased the fact that he will resume his role as Deadpool in the forthcoming movie with a Twitter picture showing the superhero's mask made out of bullet casings. The actor previously played the role in X Men Origins: Wolverine but it had not been confirmed he would continue to take on the persona for the feature film.

Alongside the image Ryan posted “Uh... It's Chimichanga Time," as reports of him being in talks to sign a new deal for the film with 20th Century Fox surfaced. It gives him a second stab at playing chatterbox Wade Wilson after fans were left disappointed when he was silenced in X Men Origins.

Ryan has already been seen in leaked online test footage for the movie which was filmed back in 2012 and seems to be the perfect choice to portray the wisecracking character who never stops talking even when undertaking serious missions. Deadpool will be directed by Tim Miller with scriptwriting by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick (Zombieland). Lauren Shuler Donner will be producing with filming due to commence in March 2015.

Ryan Reynolds is set to reprise his role as Deadpool (20th Century Fox/Marvel Entertainment)

The film is though to be a collaboration between 20th Century Fox and Marvel Studios so there is even speculation that Deadpool may at some point be joined by some of his Marvel superhero pals in this flick.

Deadpool is scheduled for release on Febuary 12 2016. Not long to wait then.
