They announced the joyous news that they were expecting their first child together just days ago and it looks like Ashlee Simpson and Evan Ross are still on a happiness high as the pair packed on the PDA during a recent shopping trip.
The couple – who have been married for four months – revealed that they were expecting two days ago and seemed blissfully happy while out to breakfast in Beverly Hills, before hitting the shops for some last-minute Christmas shopping yesterday (Dec. 20).
Evan acted like a true gentleman, and a doting husband, during the day out as he was pictured opening both car and shop doors for his expectant wife as they visited Decades in West Hollywood for some retail therapy. The duo looked to be in the mood to splash some serious cash too, as they browsed at some of the store's most expensive handbags.

The Pieces of Me singer dressed her bump in a pair of black skinny jeans with a long striped top and a black fur coat. She finished the look with a pair of black buckled angle boots, a large leather handbag and some over-sized sunnies. Evan opted for a more casual style in a large jumper, which was emblazoned with a wolf motif.
Last month Evan revealed to UsWeekly that he was hoping to have children with Ashlee, who already has a six-year-old son, Bronx Mowgli, with her ex partner Pete Wentz. “I would love to,” the actor revealed when asked if he and his wife were planning to start a family, adding that he wants “as many as possible.”
