It's no secret that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have been trying for their second child, but the reality star has revealed that she may struggle to ever get pregnant again. Last year, the 34-year-old and her superstar rapper husband welcomed their first child, baby North, who turns out to have been a little miracle as doctors told her that she would never be able to conceive naturally.
Kim graces the cover of January's Elle UK magazine, this time with all of her clothes on as she breaks our hearts rather than the internet opening up on her struggles to get pregnant, her battles with body confidence – which we know seems hard to believer following her Paper magazine shoot – and those leaked nude pictures which arrived on the web in September.
“A few years ago I was told I could never get pregnant,” she recalled to the magazine. “Three different doctors told me the same thing, which is why I wanted to have my eggs frozen. I was just about to do that when I found out I was pregnant with North.”
Thankfully, the doctors were wrong and Kim and Kanye got pregnant with her baby daughter North, who at one-year-old is Kim's tiny pride and joy. But Kim has always been hopeful that she and Kanye will have more children. In September she openly revealed that they were planning for another child, assuring that it was “all in God's hands' and there were reports that she tried to adopt a 13-year-old orphan in Thailand - until the girl declined Kim's offer. But Kim is still optimistic North will one day have younger brothers and siblings, even if it means using IVF.

“I want a boy and another girl; I want it to start happening straight away. I loved being part of a huge family – and I want that for North. We'd do IVF if nothing happens, but we both want to keep trying naturally.”
The Keeping Up With The Kardashian star also opens up on struggling with body confidence as a teenager. Despite earning an estimated net worth of around $65 million from her enviable looks and stripping off for racy magazine shoots today, Kim says this wasn't always the case. In the magazine, she explains that her father taught her the importance of “self-worth” in a letter he wrote before he died.
She says that growing up: "I was unhappy with my body – I developed really early,” she explains. “Every night I would sit in the bath and cry, I prayed my boobs would stop growing. He told me I had a body not many girls have, that later it would lead to attention from men, but that the most important thing was that I was a wonderful girl and I had to understand my self worth.”

Well, she's certainly not struggling with self-worth now as she gave us all her first full-frontal shoot for Paper magazine in November. However, despite baring all in her greased up, controversial cover, Kim still insists that she felt “violated” by the leak of her own personal nude images, which found their way onto the internet along with dozens of female A-list stars including Jennifer Lawrence and Kate Upton. Yet she says she remains “realistic,” admitting that she “can't go crazy about it” if she's on the covers of magazines naked.
