David Beckham Injured In Car Crash After Picking Up Brooklyn From Football Match

David Beckham has been left injured following a car crash earlier today. The former England football captain was collecting his son Brooklyn Beckham from a game at the Arsenal training ground when he was involved in a minor collision.
The 39-year-old dad-of-four was reportedly driving an Audi with Brooklyn, 15, in the vehicle beside him when the minor incident occurred. The Telegraph have reported that neither David or his son are thought to be seriously injured. Brooklyn had been at the ground in London Colney, Hertfordshire, to play in an Arsenal Under 16's match against Brighton.
Young players from Brighton who witnessed the accident took to Twitter to write about it. Archie Davies tweeted: "Just seen David Beckham looks like he got in a car crash and hurt his shoulder," and team-mate Thomas Cadman added: "Weird to play against Brooklyn Beckham earlier. Even weirder to be currently stuck behind David Beckham as he has crashed his car."

Brooklyn joined Arsenal on a short-term contract earlier this month after scouts from both Manchester United and Chelsea tried to snap up the young player until the end of the season. His younger brothers Romeo, 12, and nine-year-old Cruz have both been following their sibling's lead and playing in the youth teams of the club.
