Chris Pratt Scores Cover for GQ’s Men of the Year Issue

It’s been a banner year for Chris Pratt, whose movie “Guardians of the Galaxy” was a huge hit, and the “Parks and Recreation” star is one of GQ magazine’s Men of the Year.

Pratt has earned the title “Action Hero of the Year” and it turns out he has a sizable armory of firearms and loves to hunt.

He explains, “It’s really more just about collecting sh*t,” with regard to his gun collection, also noting that he prefers to shoot coyotes.

“Coyotes are a**holes, and they’ll eat your dog. I do a lot of predator hunting, farm varmints, out in Wyoming. Oh, my God. Get a farmer that’s just got too many and he’s like, ‘F*ckin’ kill as many as you want.’”

As for his “Parks and Rec” gig, Chris says he’s done after this season. “I think there’s a collective feeling that people are creatively spent. You kind of run out of ideas.”

And don’t be surprised of Pratt ends up in the director’s chair. “I’m always biting my tongue. When I’m on set, I kind of wish I could just tell everybody what to do. If I could tell everybody what to do, it would be great, and it would be done faster. And so that’s what I’m working toward. I want control. I want control over something.”
