Amanda Bynes just can't seem to stop making changes to her appearance. The actress recently dyed her blond hair a shade of purple and seemed unsure about the hue. After telling her Twitter followers that she wasn't sure if she liked her new ‘;do, Amanda once again changed her look by adding in some blue hair color to her already pastel-hued locks. While Amanda seems to enjoy constantly changing her hair color, on Tuesday night she reportedly attempted to make a change to her appearance that was much more permanent.
According to TMZ, the actress tried to get a tattoo on her neck.
“Bynes showed up at The Honorable Society, a West Hollywood tattoo parlor, looking for a neck tattoo showcasing her phantom fiancé Caleb,” the site reported.

Amanda announced last month to a guy in California named Caleb. TMZ later tracked Caleb down and denied that he and Amanda were dating, much less engaged. He claimed that he hadn't spoken to Amanda in months when she made the engagement claims.
Luckily, Amanda was not able to get the neck tattoo she had asked for because she was not able to produce proper identification, the site reported. According to E! News, Amanda was able to get a new piercing, although she has not revealed what body part is now bejeweled. She already has piercings in her cheeks.
Appearance is very important to Amanda. She continues to use her Twitter account to let her followers know that she's not fond of people that are not attractive.
“I only follow ppl I find beautiful… It goes against my religion to follow an ugly person,” she wrote in a series of tweets posted on Monday. “That's why I feel pretty.”
