She is notorious for keeping her private life private, but Kerry Washington couldn't help but share a few secrets when she stopped by " Jimmy Kimmel Live" on Thursday (July 31).

The "Scandal" star and the host bonded over their infant daughters, Isabelle and Jane respectively, sharing that her little one was named after Kerry's grandmother.

The new mom also revealed that in high school, she longed to be part of her school's a capella group, Triple Trio, because of their former president, Gwyneth Paltrow.

Washington explained,“When I was in junior high school I really wanted to be in Triple Trio because there was this really amazing senior named Gwyneth Paltrow. She was president of Triple Trio, so I really wanted to be president of Triple Trio.”
