He’s always been a fan of philanthropy, and on Sunday (April 27) Andrew Garfield showed up at the Worldwide Orphans Foundation’s screening of “The Amazing Spider-Man 2” in Manhattan.
The “Social Network” star hammed it up with the organization’s director Dr. Jane Aronson and even enjoyed a treat from the Baked by Melissa bakery during the event.
Afterwards, the Worldwide Orphans Foundation posted a message to their Facebook page to share that they’d raised over $10,000 during the shindig.
An excited Andrew told press, “I’m in awe of what Jane and her team do. It’s a true Spider-Man life.”
