He’s never hosted an episode of “Saturday Night Live,” but that’s all going to change for Jim Parsons this weekend.

The “Big Bang Theory” star will head up the show this Saturday (March 1) with musical guest Beck, and he filmed a series of promotional clips with cast member Bobby Moynihan to share the good news.

Predictably, Moynihan used ‘Bazinga!’ in excess during one of the spots, while also filming a non-ice ice dancing routine in another.

Of the hosting gig, Jim previously shared, “I don’t see how you can be living in America and not be a student of the show. It’s kind of part of our general lexicon here. I love live. We tape [Big Bang] live, and while you do get a chance to go over your mistakes there, should you make one, we are doing it live. And I love theater. I've done theater all my life. So this is ... not that it's like theater. It's different, but live is fun."
