Looking good in her workout gear, the "Prometheus" babe wore a white tank and sunglasses, slinging her yoga mat around her shoulders and sporting a pair of tight black yoga pants.

Just in time for Valentine's Day, the 38-year-old beauty and her man, Sean Penn were seen together on Tuesday, keeping things PDA-free after attending a charity dinner in Beverly Hills.

They've hardly been able to keep their hands off one another in the past several weeks, and a source close to the couple recently told E! News, "The are spending night after night together and moving very fast. It seems like it's getting serious and that they can't get enough of each other."
