It’s no secret that celebrity relationships tend to fizzle out quickly, but Taylor Kinney feels confident that his romance with girlfriend Lady Gaga has what it takes to last.

During an interview with E! News at the 71st Annual Golden Globe Awards, the “Chicago Fire” hunk explained, “I’m reserved, she’s not. For whatever reason it just works… and that’s that.”

Following the Globes, Taylor and Gaga hit up a few post-parties and weren’t afraid to publicly display their affection for each other.

Mother Monster noted, "He is extremely strange, actually. And we complement each other's weirdness. At the end of the day he's my best friend ... and having your lover be your best friend, I mean, it's the best thing ever."
