Taking it easy on a sunny Sunday afternoon, Simon Cowell and Lauren Silverman chilled out on a yacht in Biarritz, France yesterday (January 5).

The handsome “X Factor” honcho and his lovely soon-to-be-babymama looked as if they didn’t have a care in the world as they floated aboard the luxury boat and soaked in the rays.

An insider told press that Simon and Lauren are planning on having their son in the USA after months of conversations on the topic.

“It’s a difficult decision because Simon and Lauren have connections in both England and all over America. But as the due date grows closer New York is looking the most likely place of birth. Simon wanted his son to be thoroughly British and, as he and Lauren would be living in the UK from mid-January, that seemed viable. But, Lauren has lived in New York for her adult life and her mum is there.”

“She knows that with Simon having such a hectic work schedule, if the worst did happen and he couldn’t be there, at least she would have her mum to help. With those two, nothing is definite because of Simon’s schedule but this is now the most viable plan.”
