He said "I Do" to his wife Natalie Portman during a private Jewish ceremony in 2012, and now Benjamin Millepied reveals he is ready to convert to Judaism.

During an interview with the newspaper Yedioth Aharonot, the French photographer said that he is already in the process of becoming Jewish while living with his wife in Israel.

After falling in love with the country, Mr. Millepied decided, just like his wife, becoming Jewish is "very important" to him.

While he is set to move back to Paris to start his new job as the director of dance at the Paris Opera Ballet, the 36-year-old stated he loves Israel and envisioned the country becoming a second home once the couple and their son relocates.

Also discussing his favorite cities in the country, Benjamin admitted, "It is the eternal dilemma between Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. At this point, Tel Aviv because of the nightlife and architecture, but maybe I'll change my mind."
