Far from his squeaky-clean image on "The Partridge Family," David Cassidy got busted for DUI on Friday (January 10).

The former child star was reportedly exiting the 405 freeway when he made an illegal turn on a surface street, prompting police to pull him over.

After allegedly smelling of alcohol, failing a field sobriety test, and blowing .19 on the breathalyzer, David was taken to jail and booked for DUI.

Unfortunately, this is #3 for Mr. Cassidy, as he received his first DUI in Florida in 2010, followed by another in New York City last year.
