Jason Biggs Slams Coffee Bean for Paul Walker Movie Tip Jars

He spent plenty of time with Paul Walker while filming “Eight Below” in 2006, so when Jason Biggs saw tip jars with the late actor’s movies on them at his local Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, he was a bit upset.

The “American Pie” star snapped a photo of the two receptacles, labeled “Varsity Blues” and “Fast and Furious,” and tweeted the shot along with the caption, “Umm, am I crazy, or does this seem [exploitative] and in poor taste?”

Right away, a spokesperson for the Coffee Bean issued a statement via Gossip Cop, apologizing for the insensitive lack of judgment.

“This is completely inconsistent with our brand values and the jars have since been removed. Our thoughts and condolences remain with the many friends and family of Paul Walker during this difficult time. The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf would like to thank Jason Biggs for bringing this matter to our attention,” reads the release.
