As one of the most original artists in the industry today, Nicki Minaj isn’t afraid to take chances with her music.

However, EDM star Clive Tanaka insists that the “Super Bass” babe stole elements of his track “Neu Chicago” for her hit “Starships.”

Tanaka’s attorney filed a lawsuit in which he states, “We believe they are similar to the point that it is nearly impossible for it to be a coincidence.”

Apparently Clive isn’t personally handling the suit, as his lawyer isn’t even sure of his whereabouts. "Argentina, from what I was told. He's kind of a reclusive — he makes and produces music and that's his goal."
