The judging situation over at “American Idol” has been in flux for quite some time, but earlier today (September 3) things finally got straightened out.

According to a press release from the FOX Network, returning judge Keith Urban will be joined by alum Jennifer Lopez and newcomer Harry Connick Jr.

Additionally, Ryan Seacrest has signed on to host Season 13 and former longtime judge Randy Jackson will offer his mentoring services.

And given that the first round of auditions gets started this week, it sounds like FOX nailed things down just in time!
