She may play action stars in movies, but on Monday (September 9), Gwyneth Paltrow narrowly avoided a collision with a school bus in real life.

The incident happened as the "Avengers" actress and her husband Chris Martin picked their children Moses and Apple up from school in Los Angeles.

The 40-year-old and her daughter were pulling away from the curb on Paltrow's Vespa when she darted in front of the moving school bus.

Thankfully, the bus driver saw the duo and braked in time to avoid any accident. The incident was caught and camera and can be seen below.
