As the series fall return looms, Dianna Agron spoke about losing Cory Monteith from the cast of "Glee" on Friday's episode of "Katie."

On Katie Couric's daytime show to speak about her new movie, "The Family," the 27-year-old actress was asked about her co-star's sudden death.

As for how the cast is doing, Diana replied, "It’s one of those things that still doesn’t seem real. You just take out a new lease on life, and you realize that he’s smiling down on us."

Having worked with him for about four years, Ms. Agron had a chance to get to know the real Cory, sharing, "He was one of the most amazing people that I've ever met. Generous, loving, kind and that's how he'll always be remembered." Check out her comments in the video below.
