Grabbing an afternoon pick-me-up, Ashley Tisdale headed out in New York City with a gal pal on Wednesday (September 4).

The “High School Musical” star donned a hippie-chic ensemble as she chatted with her friend and ignore the paps.

Revealing her Big Apple plans, Miss Tisdale took to Twitter for an update.
