Enjoying some family time before heading off to work, Alec Baldwin and his wife Hilaria stepped out with baby Carmen in New York City on Friday (September 27).

The parents of the newborn stopped for some smoothies and coffee before taking a stroll around the busy city.

Baldwin is currently dealing with some issues surrounding his new MSNBC series "Up Late," which is slated to premiere on October 11th.

While Alec enjoys his emotion-fueled tweets, MSNBC's network president Phil Griffin has had enough and asked the actor to "tone down" his tweets.

"He's a big personality. I have confidence that he'll be known for his interviews, not for any extraordinary..." Mr. Griffin stated.

The 55-year-old actor received a lot of publicity after his constant outbursts on Twitter this past summer.
