Making rounds in New York City to promote her new movie, Olivia Wilde stopped by "Good Morning America" and the "Late Show with David Letterman" on Monday (August 19).

Bright and early, the "Drinking Buddies" star arrived at "GMA" in a black short-sleeved top and printed pencil skirt with strappy blue heels.

Later, the 29-year-old actress lightened things up in a crisp white dress with nude heels at the Ed Sullivan Theater to chat with Dave.

On Tuesday, Olivia talked with Access Hollywood about fiancée Jason Sudeikis' infamous comment about her being "the greatest workout partner in the world." Downplaying the saucy compliment, Ms. Wilde explained, "He's a comedian. People forget. He’s joking and I think he was misquoted and it got put around everywhere. It was a joke. We make jokes. We make a lot of jokes."
