While donning a designer duds from Louis Vuitton and Saint Laurent for the Sebastian Faena-shot spread, the former Victoria's Secret Angel exposed one of her breasts, while portraying well-known Italian porn star Cicciolina.

Cicciolina, also known as llona Staller, became involved with the adult film industry in the 1970's and was one of the "Party of Love" movement leaders.

She also would conduct her speech while revealing one of her breasts in public, which is what inspired Miranda's breathtaking photo shoot.
