With a new film series underway that is sure to rocket her to stardom, Lily Collins graces the cover of September's Seventeen magazine.

The 24-year-old actress celebrated the feature at Barnes & Noble Union Square in New York City in a black midriff-baring tank top and black leather skirt on Tuesday (August 6).

Just the day before, Lily promoted "The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones" at the Apple Store and "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon."

Based on the best-selling series, the first film in the series about a teenage girl who discovers her demon-hunting bloodline hits theaters on August 21st.
