Danny O’Donoghue Drops Out of “The Voice UK”

Things over at “The Voice UK” are getting shaken up yet again, as Danny O'Donoghue has decided to jump ship.

Following the announcement that Jessie J would no longer be a judge for the talent show, the Irish crooner announced he’s out as well.

In a statement to press, Danny explained, "I gave it my heart and soul and couldn't be more proud of the show."

"My focus will be on The Script moving forward as we are about to embark on the most important part of our career as a band."

BBC honcho Mark Linsey tried to downplay the departure, stating, "The Voice coaches are all current music stars with recording and touring careers to manage alongside the show, and we know this can be difficult to juggle."
