Making the most of their weekend, Ashley Tisdale and Christopher French showed up at a hotel in Malibu, California last night (June 30).

The “High School Musical” starlet carried an armload of what looked like beach towels as she smiled and chatted with her cookie-bearing beau.

In career news, Tizzie is looking forward to her new rapture-themed project called “Left Behind.”

She told press, “I’m super-excited to be doing a movie called Left Behind with Nicolas Cage. I play his daughter, and it’s a drama, so it’s completely different from this. I’ve always loved drama and I love comedy, but I think it’s good to switch it up to show your range.”
