Stepping out for a social call, Jessica Chastain enjoyed a delicious lunch at the Eden Roc Hotel in Cannes, France today (May 23).

Joined by boyfriend Gian Luca Passi, the “Zero Dark Thirty” actress seemed relaxed as she enjoyed the delicious fare and stimulating conversation.

Earlier this week, Jessica had the honor of wearing some of Elizabeth Taylor’s jewelry to the 50th anniversary screening of “Cleopatra.”

Of the ever-present security guards that followed her around the 66th Cannes Film Festival, she noted, “I feel very safe. Every once in a while I look around and see there are people looking out to make sure I don’t lose anything.”

Jessica added, “Wearing her jewelry, I felt I was able to spend the day with her. This is the end of a full circle for me.”
