Skipping over to the City of Lights for a fabulous charity event, Eva Longoria attended the Global Gift Gala in Paris on Monday (May 13).

The "Desperate Housewives" star donned a shiny black backless dress with a semi-sheer skirt and matching clutch as she posed on the red carpet.

Supporting children and the empowerment of women worldwide, the organization has benefitted over 10 fiscally and socially responsible foundations and raised over $12 million in funds.

This year, David Beckham will receive The Global Gift Philanthropist Award. The soccer star famously pledged his entire salary from his spot on the Paris Saint-Germain team to a local children's charity.
