Much like Britney Spears, Selena Gomez got her start with Disney, and she showed off her vocal chops with an impromptu rendition of “Baby One More Time” during her interview at South By Southwest Film Festival last night (March 11).

The “Wizards of Waverly Place” hottie was in the middle of a Q&A panel for her new flick “Spring Breakers” when the mood struck her to start singing.

Gomez was asked if she and her costars lip synched a scene in the movie, prompting her to showcase her pipes for all to hear.

Of course, fellow stars Ashley Benson and Rachel Korine also jumped at the chance to croon, and Spears caught wind of the moment.

Britney tweeted, “Awww @selenagomez can duet with me anytime! PS- I heard @springbreakers is AAA-MAZING! Can’t wait to see it!”
