Fitting in a week-ending pamper session, Kim Kardashian arrived at a Beverly Hills nail salon on Friday (March 15).

The "Keeping up with the Kardashians" starlet showed off her growing baby bump in a black silk top and pulled her hair up into a messy bun as she walked through the parking garage with a male companion.

According to reports, the bedroom proposal scenes on the 32-year-old's reality show was re-shot in order for Kim to have a better reaction.

Lawyers for Humphries took the deposition as part of the NBA star's fraud lawsuit against Kardashian. Russell Jay, producer on the show, reportedly admitted that Kim was "completely surprised" by Humphries' proposal in her bedroom, and that she didn't like her impromptu reaction.

According to Jay's deposition, she requested another take, saying, "Can we just like, have me come back in one more time and be, like, really surprised?"

This could have an effect on Kris' claim that he was forced into a marriage with the reality star, and will likely draw more time into their never-ending court battle.
