A photographer attempting to take photos of Justin Bieber's white Ferrari was killed by another car on Tuesday (January 1) in Los Angeles.

According to an article released by TMZ, the superstar singer was not driving and may not have been in the vehicle at the time of the accident.

The Ferrari was pulled over for a routine traffic stop when the paparazzo tried to snap pictures of the stop.

The unidentified photographer was then reportedly struck by another vehicle and killed. The Los Angeles Police Department was called in to investigate.
