Earlier this month, Kate celebrated her 30th birthday with a romantic gesture from her 42-year-old future hubby.

She tweeted a photo of a lovely bouquet of flowers with the caption, "What a beautiful way to start my bday! Thank you @michael_polish." Meanwhile, Michael shared his love for her with the world by tweeting, "Happy Birthday to my #1 on the #2 day of 2013 @katebosworth I love you."
