Making the most of their time in Manhattan, Vanessa Hudgens and Shay Mitchell showed up at the L’Amour by Nanette Lepore for JCPenney launch party last night (January 24).

And in an exclusive interview with GossipCenter Network outside the Good Units at Hudson Hotel venue, both gals took a moment to chat.

Of her forthcoming flick “Spring Breakers,” Vanessa gushed, “[Writer/Director] Harmony [Korine] creates an environment for you to just live in… You are those people, and you’re living in that situation and you get to see what we do with it… The girls are amazing. I love them. It was a very new experience working with Harmony and doing a movie like that. It was tough, it wasn’t just all fun. It was hard work. But, it looks like it was a lot of fun. That’s what counts.”

Hudgens continued, “It was just so creative and spontaneous and present. I think every actor’s dream is to be able to bounce things off of each other and develop these new directions of scenes that you didn’t even think of going in the first place. It’s like a true collaboration and that’s what we did on this.”

As for a possible “High School Musical” reunion, Vanessa noted, “I love those guys so much. That was few of the most fondest memories of my life. It was amazing. I love musicals I wouldn’t mind doing another one.”

And with Valentine’s Day coming up, both ladies had advice for their fans. Shay shared, “I just love like flowers out of the blue, I think that’s something that’s so cool. Valentine’s Day is awesome. It’s great, but I love Monday flowers just because.”

Hudgens added, “Last year I was in Paris for Valentine’s Day, by myself. Had mimosas and truffled scrambled eggs, and went shopping. You should worry about yourself. That’s the day to take for yourself.”
